Cerebrospinal fluid pressure changes
The fluid surrounding your brain could shift when you bend over which could change the pressure inside your head.
Posterior fossa mass
A tumor or lesion in the back of the brainstem could obstruct CSF flow. Bending over increases pressure behind the obstruction which worsens the headache.
Meningitis
Inflammation of brain's protective layers irritates nerves. Bending over could increase pressure could lead to severe neck stiffness and headache.
Intracranial hypotension (csf leak)
Leaking spinal fliuid could cause brain sag when upright. Bending over changes alters this positioning.
Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis
A blood clot in a brain vein impairs blood drainage. Postural changes could alter venous pressure and potentially worsening headache pain.
