Privacy Policy

Effective August 1, 2026 — Last Updated August 1, 2026

Jaspari LLC ("Jaspari," "we," "us," or "our") provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with the Jaspari website, mobile experiences, and related prescription savings, insurance comparison, and pharmacy discount services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy applies to information we collect on our Site, through email, text, and other electronic communications with you, and when you interact with our advertising on third-party sites where this Policy is linked.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

1Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you provide when you use features of the Services, including:

  • Drug price and coupon lookups — the medications and pharmacies you search for.
  • Insurance plan comparisons — insurance carrier or plan information you enter.
  • Lead and quote forms (insurance, discount card, employer/enterprise inquiries) — name, ZIP code, age, phone number, email address, and, for employer inquiries, company name and work email.
  • Career applications — name, contact information, and your resume or cover letter file.
  • Account or newsletter sign-up — name and email address.
  • Customer support requests — any information you include when you contact us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • ZIP code and geolocation. We use the ZIP code you enter (or, where permitted, your device’s approximate location inferred from network delivery headers) to show pharmacy pricing and locations near you.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 5 below.
  • Device and usage data. Browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URL, and general usage patterns, collected via cookies, similar tracking technologies, and analytics tools.
  • IP address. We collect your IP address; for certain lead-generation forms, we store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address rather than the address itself, for fraud prevention and deduplication.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

We may supplement the information above with aggregate or de-identified usage information from our analytics providers (described in Section 5) to help us understand and improve the Services.

2How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide drug pricing, pharmacy discount, and insurance comparison results tailored to your location;
  • Process and route the leads and inquiries you submit (insurance quotes, discount card sign-ups, employer/enterprise inquiries, career applications) to the appropriate team or partner;
  • Communicate with you about your inquiry, our Services, or requested information, including by phone, email, or text message as described in Section 3 below;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, including through analytics;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

3Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile phone number through one of our forms, we may contact you by text message about the drug pricing, insurance, or discount card inquiry you submitted, consistent with the consent you provide at the point of collection.

  • We will only send text messages to numbers you provide and only for the purposes you consented to at the time of submission.
  • Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.
  • You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by contacting us using the information in Section 12. You may reply HELP for assistance.
  • We do not sell mobile phone numbers or text message consent/opt-in data to third parties, and we do not share this data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or share your personal information. We do not exchange personal information for money, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising purposes as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws.

We do disclose limited categories of personal information to service providers and business partners solely to operate the Services, as described below. These disclosures are not "sales" or "sharing" under applicable law.

These tools are used for analytics and site improvement only; we do not use them to power targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not share the data they collect with advertising networks. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Services.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to:

  • Provide the Services and respond to the inquiry or request you submitted;
  • Maintain business records consistent with our internal retention schedules;
  • Comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations;

  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unlawful activity.

When personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to securely delete, de-identify, or anonymize it.

7Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure storage practices (for example, storing a one-way hash of IP addresses rather than the address itself on certain lead forms, as described in Section 1.2).

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for using a secure connection when submitting personal information to us.

8Business Transfers

If Jaspari is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of its assets, personal information may be disclosed or transferred to the parties involved in that transaction (including their advisors) as part of the due diligence process, and may be among the assets transferred to a successor or affiliate. We will notify you (for example, by posting a notice on the Services) of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information, and any successor will be required to honor the commitments made in this Policy with respect to previously collected information, unless you consent otherwise.

9Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to know/access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is no opt-out request needed for those activities — there is nothing to opt out of.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the rights listed above with respect to your personal information, as well as the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation) for purposes beyond providing the Services.

We do not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information to service providers for a business purpose: identifiers, commercial information, internet/network activity information, and geolocation data.

To submit a request to know, delete, or correct, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days (extendable to 90 days where permitted). We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Washington Residents (My Health My Data Act)

Washington’s My Health My Data Act gives Washington residents specific rights regarding "consumer health data" — broadly, information that identifies a consumer’s past, present, or future physical or mental health status, including information about the prescriptions or medications you search for or express interest in through the Services.

If you are a Washington resident:

  • We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We do not permit any geofencing around health care facilities to target advertising or identify consumers seeking health care services.
  • You have the right to confirm whether we process your consumer health data, to access that data, and to request deletion of it, including from our records and those of our service providers, subject to limited legal exceptions.
  • You have the right to withdraw consent for our collection of consumer health data at any time.
  • We only collect consumer health data with your consent or as strictly necessary to provide a product or service you have requested.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will respond within the timeframes required by Washington law.

Other U.S. States

Several other states have enacted comprehensive privacy laws that provide their residents with rights similar to those described above (including, among others, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and Oregon). If you are a resident of a state with such a law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. As noted above, we do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, so there is no applicable opt-out needed for those activities.

To exercise any applicable state privacy right, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will verify your request and respond within the time period required by your state’s law. If we decline to act on your request, you may have the right to appeal; instructions will be included in our response.

10Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law before the change takes effect.
